These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and FrontClubs Inc. ("FrontClubs," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the FrontClubs mobile application, website located at frontclubs.com, and all associated features, tools, content, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE PLATFORM. By creating an account, accessing, downloading the application, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.

2.1 Age Requirements: You must be at least 13 years of age to use the FrontClubs Platform. Users between 13 and 17 must have verifiable parental or guardian consent.

2.2 Account Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and maintain account security. You are solely responsible for all activities under your account.

2.3 One Account Per User: Creation of multiple accounts to circumvent bans, leaderboard rankings, or community rules is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension.

3.1 Simulated Paper Trading: FrontClubs is an educational social trading platform. All trading activities on the Platform are simulated paper trades using virtual capital. No real money, real securities, or real financial derivatives are bought, sold, held, or transmitted.

3.2 Educational Content: The Platform provides access to trading masterclasses, options strategy tools, technical analysis tutorials, and market glossary entries strictly for educational purposes.

3.3 Trading Clubs: Users may join Trading Clubs to collaborate, share market setups, and participate in verified seasonal paper trading tournaments.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: FrontClubs Inc. is NOT a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, or financial institution under any jurisdiction.

Nothing on the FrontClubs Platform constitutes or should be construed as personalized investment advice or an endorsement to buy or sell real securities. Always consult a qualified, licensed financial professional before making real-world investment decisions.

You agree not to engage in prohibited activities, including: market manipulation tricks on paper leaderboards, bot spamming, publishing fraudulent "pump and dump" returns promises, posting defamatory content, reverse engineering platform source code, or harassing community members.

Violations will result in immediate account termination.

The FrontClubs Platform, proprietary software, design, Trade Lab engine, trademarks, logos, and official course materials are the exclusive property of FrontClubs Inc. Users receive a limited, revocable, non-commercial license to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. FRONTCLUBS INC. DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ACCURACY OF MARKET DATA.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FRONTCLUBS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes shall be resolved through informal resolution first, and if necessary, binding individual arbitration.
